Mònica Bedmar is a Catalan photographer. She studied advertising and graphic design, but soon something told her that more disciplines needed to be explored. Amsterdam, Barcelona and Galicia are some of the places that allowed her to discover her love for photography. Nourished by light, her photographs are inspired by the territories she crosses. Her images capture everyday life : landscapes and people, gestures and emotions.

Her artist's vision moves in her world between improvisation and imagination. The mixture of disciplines is also a source of inspiration for Mònica. The serie presented in Cadaqués, Watercolor, is a project in which photography, painting and intimate creation mother-daughter merge.
