Fred captures the world of skaters: the aesthetics of the discipline, but also the relationship they have with their environment and the freedom they release. For fifteen years, from France to California, from Portugal to Japan to Poland, the abstract and timeless constructions of our cities have captivated the gaze of Fred Mortagne. Contours, tunnels, esplanades, facades, stairs, graphic lines respond to sensual curves. The urban furniture is transformed into a mountain to climb or a body to marry. The forgotten volumes of our cities come alive in its clichés. The choice of black and white strengthens the compositions and the refined framing.

Fred digs the black and white lines in geometric games and places the characters in his decor.
